Islamabad: The capital city is gearing up to host one of the most significant sporting events of the coming year, as preparations intensify for the Pakistan–China Friendship Tenpin Bowling Championship alongside the 18th National Tenpin Bowling Championship. The competitions are scheduled to run from January 24 to 30, 2026, at the modern Leisure City Bowling Club located inside Safa Gold Mall, F-7 Markaz, Islamabad.

The twin championships are being organized under the auspices of the Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation (PTBF) in collaboration with the Leisure City Bowling Club, which boasts a state-of-the-art facility featuring world-class bowling lanes. Organizers say the venue has been meticulously prepared to ensure a professional and competitive environment for players arriving from all parts of the country.

This year’s Championship carries special importance as it coincides with the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China.
